« hôtel juste pour dormir »

Comparé aux autres hôtels que j'ai pu faire dans la région, il n'y a rien que j'ai aimé. La piscine peut-être, qui était propre, mais on ne l'a pas utilisé. Pas de déjeuner, rien pour manger. L'hôtel était beau, mais la chambre un peu vieille. Pour le prix, je n'y retournerai pas, on peut trouver bien moins cher pour ce que c'est.

Pas de restaurant, rien pour manger, on ne s'y sent pas à l'aise. Ambiance où on ne se sent pas à l'aise. Beaucoup d'asiatiques aussi. Beaucoup d'autocollants prévenant de faire attention à plein de choses donc, on se méfiait de tout.

The hotel is great.

The hotel is great. They are helpful and friendly. You don’t need to worry about breakfast cause they will ask you every night to prepare for tomorrow. The breakfast serving time is early 5.45am - 8.30am , very convenient if your itinerary is early too

Not so quiet here, you can clearly hear the voice outside

hot and cold shower not working,aircon not cold,faucet inside toulet spoilt.no water kettle,pool water a bit dirty.its a big deffirence as shown in the agoda value of the money is a waste compare to those others <2k/day

The smile and attentiveness of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort that makes the place so cozy.

Breakfast is good but only have coffee or hot chocolate and juice for their beverage option.

The staff was approachable and the location is accesible.

They moved us to a bigger room when I told them I need a bigger space.

I did not expect the double room to be that small for the price I paid. Good thing they moved us!

The head staff was so nice that they moved us from the original booked room to a bigger room with 3 beds with a pool view and kitchen. We also stayed for a couple more days with them til the 21st and was given a good discount.

A smile from the other staff will be appreciated. The food is so-so. Orders and requests for the food weren't met without prior notice.

The place is clean and the food is basic but it’s a typical...

The place is clean and the food is basic but it’s a typical Filipino food for me, didn’t have a chance to use the pool, and very near to the airport. They don’t mind if we arrived in the hotel very late. I think this hotel is popular coz it’s located along the main road which is near to the airport and most of the tricycle drivers knows this place, also there’s a restaurant which is only walking distance for those passenger who came late. I will really recommend this place.

The water is not strong enough if you are in a hurry to get a shower.

cleanliness..

i thought the room was the new but old..no wifi working..so dark room...they never ask which room we like? or if we want for upgrade because i was surprise its not what i expect from the website..over all sad so dark..but atleast it was clean...heater was functioning but dunno where to place it properly..:(( no choices option for breakfast meal..

Not happy!

Accessibility.

Staff were not accommodating --we were a big group of 30 and we requested for an extension on our last day as we were coming from our island hopping; thus, we were told that we were given 3 rooms for hourly rates -- we were not informed that we had to leave at 5pm exactly only when they called around 430 to our Admin Asst looking for where we were as they have guests already booked in the rooms they reserved for us -- we came 15 minutes before 5pm and we had to rush as they were pressuring us to leave ( what a way to treat customers! great customer service retention management (sarcasm)!) Some had to use the pool to wash off and some the washrooms near the pool -- being a group of 30 -- how can we wash off fast in 3 bathrooms only provided with the rooms??? Rooms were not cool-- aircon was struggling...pool was dirty...we requested bfast for 27 and we had to keep telling the kitchen to deliver the food every time. Overall -- our stay in the hotel was the one we did not like at all -- good thing our tour agency compensated it greatly with their service as well!

Location

Room . Not so good regarding the airconditioning. Our bathroom floor drainage was clogged. I informed the front desk attendant about it in the morning before we had our tour so that when we return it will be fixed but then when we returned from our tour nobody had acted on my request . Good thing then that i met in the hallway one of its room cleaner and she acted it immediately.

The place was cute and just ok for an overnight stay before leaving the city.

Has a small outdoor swimming pool that my kids enjoyed. Has a little kitchen that we can prepare our own food.

The family room was very small that makes the beds so close to each other. Not enough space for us to move. The room is dark with just 1 light in the ceiling.
